Helen Dragas is on Dominion's Board of Directors.

One of Helen's coup cohorts was Vice-Rector Mark Kington, who immediately resigned once the coup attempt came to light, is also on the Board of Directors of Dominion.

Charlottesville developer, Hunter Craig, was enlisted as the 3rd signee and member of the cohort.

Former UVa BOV Rector, Thomas F. Farrell II is Dominion's CEO, and was once rumored to be a candidate to replace Sullivan as UVa President.

Current UVa BOV member, Robert M. Blue, is also a Dominion Executive Vice President and CEO - Power Delivery Group.
